Friendly staff, but not very organised, changed my appointment from 1 to 2.10, didn’t start my treatment till 2.20. My hour massage was only 45mins although advertised as a hour, unfortunately I wouldn’t go again.

Although the hairdresser was lovely, the work was not done well at all. Went in for balayage and a cut and blow and my hair was not toned properly leaving brass Patches and uneven toning. The hair cut was uneven and very blunt in some places and I still had split ends in places. During the session it was obvious that there had been booking issues with other clients and it did seem quite unprofessional. The salon was quite unclean in areas. I have a feeling that most if not all clients are one offs from treatwell or groupon. I will not be going again as I had to go and tone down my hair myself and book in somewhere else to get my hair recut.
