Friendly staff, but not very organised, changed my appointment from 1 to 2.10, didn’t start my treatment till 2.20. My hour massage was only 45mins although advertised as a hour, unfortunately I wouldn’t go again.

Although the hairdresser was lovely, the work was not done well at all. Went in for balayage and a cut and blow and my hair was not toned properly leaving brass Patches and uneven toning. The hair cut was uneven and very blunt in some places and I still had split ends in places. During the session it was obvious that there had been booking issues with other clients and it did seem quite unprofessional. The salon was quite unclean in areas. I have a feeling that most if not all clients are one offs from treatwell or groupon. I will not be going again as I had to go and tone down my hair myself and book in somewhere else to get my hair recut.

Honey was very helpful in making sure I got exactly what I wanted, she discussed what hair style would suit me and also made sure my highlights were exactly what I wanted! Will definetly be going back

Staff were not very friendly and haircut was wonky.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming at the salon and were able to advise on a facial which was most suited to my skin and needs. The products used left my skin feeling really soft and hydrated. I think as there was another treatment going on next to me, the room is divided by curtains, and the therapist at one point was popping in and out of both clients it made the treatment feel a little less personal towards the end, but on the whole a good experience.
