I booked a massage because I had a very relaxing hot stone massage at Annas last month. I received a appointment reminder the day before and a confirmation text on the day that read, 'I have confirmed your booking at 4:45. Please don't hesitate to call if any inquiries.' When I arrived I was told that my appointment had been cancelled because I had not called to confirm even though this was not requested on either of the messages. I had no voicemail messages or missed calls from them to let me know that they had cancelled my appointment. The masseuse was at that time dying two clients hairs. I can only imagine that my appointment was cancelled because this was a more profitable way to spend her time than a pre booked hour long massage. Unfortunately this unprofessionalism has lost them a local return customer. It really is a shame because the massage last time was quite relaxing.
