I damaged my hair with Home dye - it was a mess. Honey was really honest and friendly and helped me to fix it with highlights and a cut for a very good price. I had to rearrange the appointment but it was worth it for the result.

Had to wait half an hour because the previous appointment ran over. Ripped my earring out when she was brushing my hair and didn't apologise. Hair cut was going fine until I asked her to straighten out the front as it was a bit longer, she then cut about half a centre higher than the rest and then just left it! Didn't ask for her to fix it again incase it got worse, so I had to go home and try and straighten it out myself. Right and left side are different lengths too. Really disappointed with the cut and the service was poor. She kept getting distracted with her daughter who was messing around in the place. Won't be returning! :(
