Awful. Didn't get the treatment I'd paid for. Arranged to return for it two weeks later and she didn't turn up. Dirty salon too.

Went into the salon and found no one there despite the door ringing as I entered. Waited a few minutes then shouted hello at which point a lady came out from the back room. Explained that I had an appointment booked but she said that she had no idea what I was talking about and ana didn't work there anymore. Then that she might be there on Sunday but she didn't know. Very unhelpful and impolite to be honest. No apology and didn't try to arrange another appointment or suggest how I could get in contact with Ana. Quite disgusted that I went out of my way to go to the salon which isn't close to where I live only to be messed about. Would definitely not go again.

Very bad wax - the woman was in and out of the room constantly and at one point had her phone out. I left feeling very sore and disappointed - will not be going back

Honey's services are very professional and brilliant. She makes you feel comfortable and takes great care when waxing. She is very experienced and her technique gives you minimal pain. I've been to many different specialists, and rate I would follow this woman to the moon!

My treatment was booked with a therapist called Honey so on arrival at reception she approached me. However two other members of staff proceeded to intervene.My treatment was carried out by one of the other therapist whilst Honey remained seated. I was satisfied with my treatment, but found it difficult to relax due to the phone ringing & the conversations of the other therapists. Also the price I was quoted online was different to what the salon charged.
