Very friendly staff, excellent haircut and colour coverage.
Really nicely decorated and clean, only reason why 3 ambience is due to steep steps going upto salon which can't be helped.

Awful. Didn't get the treatment I'd paid for. Arranged to return for it two weeks later and she didn't turn up. Dirty salon too.

Went into the salon and found no one there despite the door ringing as I entered. Waited a few minutes then shouted hello at which point a lady came out from the back room. Explained that I had an appointment booked but she said that she had no idea what I was talking about and ana didn't work there anymore. Then that she might be there on Sunday but she didn't know. Very unhelpful and impolite to be honest. No apology and didn't try to arrange another appointment or suggest how I could get in contact with Ana. Quite disgusted that I went out of my way to go to the salon which isn't close to where I live only to be messed about. Would definitely not go again.

Very bad wax - the woman was in and out of the room constantly and at one point had her phone out. I left feeling very sore and disappointed - will not be going back
