Travelled 400 miles for wedding and called 1 hour ahead to confirm my appoitment. Asked for curly hair instead hair cut and blow dry. Lady on phone said she can do just haircut and quick blow dry instead of curly hair. Haircut and blow dry takes the same time as hairstyle !!! but ana demanded me to have just haircut or she have to cancel my appoitment. As it was sunday i couldnt find another hairdresser and had to do hair myself instead. Hope you another client was happy as you clearly ruined my day and i was late for my best friend wedding. Ana is just after money and to fit as many clients in the same time. Be aware and stay away. You cant rely on this so called hairdresser. She won't give you even 10 minutes extra time!!!!!!! When you book your appoitment through treatwell there is no option to choose anything else!!! Waste a time and early she is not interested in clients just in quick money making.

My blow dry with Ana was lovely and j was happy with the results. The actual salon is a bit tired and lots of stuff everywhere but can't really complain when j was happy with the overall experience. I would go back.

I won't be going again. Hairdresser was polite but some aspects totally unprofessional. It was such a hot day and Ana went out to get herself a milkshake and sat there drinking it and chatting on her mobile, other staff also sitting on reception with refreshments but didn't offer me so much as a glass of water. Ana did not explain what she was doing or how long the treatment would take and I had to wait 40 minutes for my appt because she agreed to do another cut and blow dry in my appt time. My hair was over bleached and turned out a completely different colour from what I had requested. The appt was supposed to take 1 and half hours but took 4 hours. In the end I couldn't wait to escape from there.

I had an underarm and Hollywood wax. I did wait for about an hour and a half before being seen to, but the wax itself was minimum pain and she did a good job of making me feel comfortable. There was a bit of skin peeling after due to the wax taking my skin off too, which I hope will not happen in my future visits. But overall little pain and very good attention to detail which is important for a Hollywood wax.
