Ana Clara was so friendly and easy to talk to. I was so nervous but she made me feel completely at ease. Couldn't have had a more positive wax. Was much less painful than I remember a Brazilian!!

Overall the experience was absolutely fine. The therapist was very friendly and took the time to listen to what I wanted. I was a little disappointed to find a few stray hairs when I got home, but it wasn't the end of the world!
