I was spending a few days in York with friends but struggling to keep up due to back and shoulder pain. The deep muscle massage was just what was needed. At 70 yrs old have had lots of massages in my time, but this was really special - loosened up back & shoulders & relieved the pain so effectively & at a reasonable price. A lovely, tranquil environment & the therapist, Katy, was very skilful & her pleasant & calm disposition cemented what was a thoroughly beneficial & relaxing experience.

Ana is an exceptional masseuse! She takes time to understand what you need and works hard to solve your problem. I see her regularly for varying aches and pains and always leave feeling better and mended.
