A lovely experience - I've already booked my next appointment! Ana is very warm and welcoming, and gives a great massage - working hard on all my many knotty muscles.
Very central location at the end of the Shambles - allow time to wade through the tourist crowds to get there!

I was visiting from out of town. My neck and shoulders were very tight and I was in pain.

While I have experience of Sports Massages, in an effort to be kind to myself I booked a more relaxing, but therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage and Indian Head Massage combo. The deep tissue was the perfect pressure (Katy checked regularly enough) post injury to remove knots without leaving me suirming. The head massage was mind blowing, and I had an almost out of body experience as I relaxed deeper and deeper. Katy was so reassuring throughout, and made me at perfect ease.
