Booked a last-minute massage with Ana, as I had an unexpected day off. Communication was clear from the moment I booked, via email, with clear instructions on finding her location. She's in a busy spot, right next to the Shambles, and it was an immediate sense of calm the second I stepped through her doors. We chatted for a few moments and she asked if there were any trouble areas and what my focus areas were. Massage was excellent. 10/10.
