Clearly Ana has a very good grounding in the musculo-skeletal system, and all round body awareness.
She quickly identified problem areas, especially with my shoulder and neck, and focussed attention to address them.

I went to Ana with a really sore neck, I couldn’t turn my head without getting pain up the side of it. Ana worked her magic and after one treatment I was pretty much pain free! Looking forward to my next treatment!
