Appointment time was met and I was welcomed by Ana. This was my first visit and having completed a health and well being questionnaire, Ana discussed any issues before agreeing a course of action. My privacy and dignity was maintained throughout the session with very clear explanation at each stage. Ana made me feel at ease and the massage has proved to be most effective. We also discussed other therapies that may be of benefit. I will not hesitate to return as and when I need to.
