I went for a sports/ deep tissue massage recently and would definitely recommend visiting Solaris if you need a good massage. I’ve been for deep tissue back massages before and felt that the pressure wasn’t enough, even if I noted I had a high pain threshold. This was not the case at Solaris, I felt the massage was tailored to me and relevant to what I noted on the form I filled in on arrival. I was very happy with the precautions taken regarding covid and the cleanliness was excellent.

Ana has such a professional but friendly approach. Calm and welcoming and takes real trouble to ensure the treatment is right for you. My massage as always, was thorough and really relieving.
