First sports massage ive had so didnt know what to expect. Ana is a very plesent lady who obviously knows her stuff. I was made to feel at ease and everything was explained to me. Ive booked a series of 6 and looking forward to less tension and pain.

I can’t express how good I feel after leaving Solaris! It is unparalleled in the area for the service it provides. I have had a lot of massages in a lot of different places and this one is world class. There are a lot of massage therapists out there but Ana is so much more than a massage therapist, she is a healer. I can’t recommend her and Solaris enough.

Ana has a lovely welcoming manner, and is also professional. She clearly cares about each client and respects her profession. The room looks, smells, sounds and feels relaxing (essential oils etc) and the bed is very comfortable, an environment that encourages relaxation and trust. Ana clearly has a natural skill in massage and I felt in safe hands. I felt that she gave her full attention and intention into the healing quality of massage, and I will definitely be booking regular appointments.

A really good massage. Ana took time to understand the lower back problems I'd been having and then gave a really deep massage which has helped to make my back more mobile. Would thoroughly recommend this treatment.
