Honestly I hate leaving bad reviews especially when I like the person and place.
The atmosphere was great and she really put me at ease after my regular waxer cancelled on me 3 days before my wedding.
The leg waxing with strip wax was absolutely fine and she did a great job.
For the intimate waxing however was were it all went terribly wrong, I solely get waxed down below so am not new to the experience at all, it hurt slightly more than normal but not much but the results were terrible when I showed my brides maids 3 days later they were horrified to say she brutalised me was an understatement i took almost 10 days to properly heal, with lots of sudocream and cold compresses ( not want I imagined for my wedding and honeymoon) it was sore and angry and I had visible welts, and now just over two weeks later even with the correct aftercare of exfoliating etc the ingrown hair situation is the worst I have experienced with years of waxing.
If you just want legs doing honestly I would go back but not for any hot wax treatment
