Sam was so lovely and warm from the beginning. I was quite nervous for my wax but she put me at ease straight away. My underarm wax was particularly great with no extra hairs left on my skin. Hollywood was also very thorough with just a few hairs left (due to my shaving). She explained after care to me and was very friendly. Thank you Sam!
