Most disappointing appt, they were running late and did not inform me of the lateness, apologise or even have any regard for my time. The beautician who was meant to do my wax decided to run an errand DURING my appt and didn’t even say she’d be back. After asking for updates TWICE, another lady begrudgingly did my wax and didn’t apologise but instead summoned me into the wax room “OKAY COME HERE”. This is the last time I’m coming here & quite honestly will be emailing treatwell for a refund. -5
