They need to invest in the shop. The condensation on windows and damp really isn’t a nice atmosphere. There’s also a tendency to have 3 customers on the go so I didn’t feel I got the level of service I was after.

6 hours later and two of my nails have already chipped. Really upsetting as I am travelling in the morning so can’t get them fixed.

Was seen as soon as I got in the shop. Was really happy with my treatments. Very quick and not that painful. I was surprised at how little it hurt as I’ve had painful waxes in the past. Very good value for money. Will definitely be going back!
