Back scrub - was really bad didn’t know what she was doing, just pretended to do things - kept microwaving towels - I was getting so cold and then the. Hot towel burnt my back. The lady was nice and friendly but she jus didn’t know what she was doing to be honest.

They refused the service and have not refunded our money. Please can Treatwell get it back as they are not responding to us.

Very clean friendly salon. Went for a reflexology appointment and came out feeling very relaxed and refreshed. Just before the appointment I had hurt my toe, and Najia was very considerate and careful to ensure throughout the treatment to ensure my injury was okay.
