Product used was Elemis. Was ok experience but not comfortable as A shower would be better as exfoliating and towel cleanse not iideal. Massage good.

I did not actually use the service but cannot leave ‘no stars’ - I arrived early was barely greeted by the woman doing someone’s nails.
At my scheduled time she then (I believe) called the person who was going to be doing my treatment and then returned to her station. I waited another 15 minutes and left. I then got a call from the shop as the person had arrived and was asking where I was I explained what had happened and told her and although she apologised I informed her I would not be coming back after such unprofessional treatment why would I?
