Unfortunately I wasn’t very impressed with my manicure. The atmosphere was weird, mainly because there was a girl hanging around chatting to one of the other therapists and completely ignoring any of the clients. My therapist was very sweet, but I booked in for a luxury manicure and all I got was a cut, file and paint.

Second visit and it really lacks atmosphere... No music whatsoever. The chair where you are sat for pedicure is so uncomfortable, with bits inside the chair sticking into my back making it impossible to sit comfortably. They charge 8£ for soak off of gel polish.
I am used to going to salons and not being charged for this service as long as you’ve had the previous treatment done in the same place so found it a bit cheeky, especially as it takes so long for them to remove it. I must have been sat there for 45 minutes before they could scrape the remaining bits of polish and start fresh. Could be quicker in my opinion.
Also on my visit, there was an unhappy customer who started yelling because she had not been seen yet and therapist had overbooked and was already seeing another customer. Bit awkward and had to leave.

Worst spray tan I’ve ever had. Had to remind the lady to put cream on the dry areas and she didn’t do the tops of my feet, or palms and tops of hands. My hands are bright orange and about 6 shades darker than the rest of my body and there is a patch completely missed. Someone knocked on the door during drying me and she opened it whilst I was stood with no clothes on and then asked if I minded if someone else dried me. Clearly in a rush and quite unprofessional. I’m really upset because I have wedding today and I have all the tell tale signs of a spray tan gone wrong. I thought those days were over!
