Very disappointed with this experience, the staff weren’t the most welcoming and the treatment was very underwhelming. The ambience was the biggest let down as there was no music playing in the room and all that could be heard was the other women on the phones outside and other phones ringing. Won’t be going back again

When I arrived I’ve been told to sit and wait but after 45 minutes still nothing or no one telling me how much longer I had to wait. Had my treatment done, which was ok - not much interaction with the staff at all. Ambience is very basic.
