An appt that shoudl have taken 10 mins took 40 as Hassan who i was booked in with was "away" and didn't know how long she'd be.
My eyebrows still have strays. Overall, just not impressed, won't be returning.

Manicure was terrible. The cuticle work made my fingers bleed and left me with leftover hangnails. The eyebrow threading was very good though!

Lady scalded my vagina! I’m not joking and I wouldn’t be here or write this review if the outcome had been handled properly by the manager (who was also the lady who waxed and scalded me). At the time I had clearly expressed that the wax was too hot!!!! I was in tears on the table and reeling away from the hot wax - which she started to blow on to cool down before applying but by that point it was too late, I was burnt. then when she said she was finished I looked down to discover that she had given me a full Hollywood instead of the Brazilian that I had asked for! Her response was “so sorry, you made me nervous because you are crying so much!) I have had a hot wax nearly every 2 months for the last 10 years so it’s not that I’m not used to it, or over sensitive in the area. It took till the next morning, once the general normal redness went down to see the scald mark in the area that I had first expressed pain. I went back that same day and very politely and discreetly (I asked to talk to her outside so as not to embarrass her in front of her current customers) asked for my money back. She asked me to show her my scald mark in one of the rooms, so of course I did, I had nothing to hide and I wasn’t over-exaggerating. She quite sternly said that the mark (about 1.5-2”) had already been there and had nothing to do with her, and refused a refund. I know my vagina intimately, I know every curve, fold, long term in growing hair...every discolouration of the skin: everything! this is a burn mark! The lady then burst into the main beauty parlour and shouted to everyone what I was accusing her of and tried to get one of her regular customers to look at my vagina burn to verify it wasn’t one!! I mean WTF?!?! She knows she hurt me because she kept apologising at the time whilst I was crying on the table. Now please don’t get me wrong - I understand that mistakes happen, and that is why I just wanted my money back, had she given me a refund then I wouldn’t be here telling this awful story. The price was £28 (which was £2 over what the app said) I paid her £20 cash and said “sorry but that’s all I’m paying you” to which she nodded in understanding. I know I shouldn’t have paid her anything in the first place, but I was so upset I just wanted to run-away and it’s not in my nature to not pay people. believe the bad reviews!
