They could do with better customer service, I felt very awkward waiting while the manager talked constantly on her hands free.
There was no music or ambience, only silence in the salon.
My treatment was OK, and although it was an accidental the technician cut my finger during my manicure, she was very apologetic.
The prices were OK.
Really disappointed to arrive and be told that despite receiving an email booking confirmation, I should have called to confirm the booking (how I was supposed to know this?) so they didn’t have it. There was no apology and I was made to feel like it was my fault. I was asked to wait half an hour because the lady had a ‘business call’ although she seemed to be just chatting on the phone so I left after 10 minutes.
