The lady who did my wax was on the phone the whole time, before during and after. She did not take care to remove all hairs and she gave me tweezers that were not good enough to remove hairs myself. She was not great at telling me when and where to stretch because of being on the phone. She started my wax 20 mins late and had not heated the wax despite me being the first appointment of the day with no other customers waiting. The floor was covered in hair. I was really dissatisfied with this intimate wax and would not return.

Salon was clean and nice looking. Chair was broken, which was a bit uncomfortable. The hard skin removal was done quite roughly, and I was left with a cuticle removed too far down, which is quite sore.
The gel polish didn’t go on very well, so the colour is quite poor, and the overall job is quite rushed looking.
I guess you get what you pay for!
