Very friendly. The wax was fine but not particularly finessed - it could have been more carefully done.

Extremely disappointed. My nails weren’t done properly - I’m upset I can’t post pictures here. Nothing was done with my cuticle as “I don’t have it” - ehm? Not sure about that? Staff is distracted all the time.
Although a pedicure lady did a good job, she didn’t know how to work with shellac so she had to ask someone for advice all the time.
When I said I’m not happy with the nails on my hands, some lady who was waiting in the line said that if I’m unhappy, I should go buy myself an ice cream. I don’t feel like this is something that was addressed by the salon and I felt extremely offended.
The solution for my dissatisfaction was either a soak off or an extra layer. Now I have a mountain of nail polish on my nails. I wasn’t even offered a discount or partial refund. I’m never going there again and don’t recommend to anyone.

Staff seemed distracted at times and masseuse left me to take call on her mobile without any apology or excise me. Place could smell more pleasant.
However I was very impressed by the treatment during which the masseuse became more friendly and seemed to become “warmed up”.
Offer Price was very reasonable for length of treatment.
