I was quite early but staff saw me earlier than my appointment. I went into the treatment room and there were two ladies there, so I asked them if they were doing it together for which they replied yes. I was offered other treatments which i took up- however they spoke to each other a lot in their language which is quite rude and complained about the treatwell experience which deducts their prices. For which I replied I probably wouldn’t have travelled an hour out of my area if it was more and you have gained a new customers. This is the 4th beauty spa that has said this but I think they should appreciate that they are not completing surgery but a beauty treatment. I will return but with treatwell prices and not what they mark up or will have to keep searching for a bargain!
