Najie was a life saver, because I was in a bit of a pinch. Lovely lady, made me feel very comfortable reciprocating some chat & she was so quick & thorough with my waxing. I left very happy. Would definitely go back again.

Arrived and the place was closed, which confused me a little, but I rang the mobile number on the door and the beautician came to open up - I must have been the first customer of the day.
The lady who did my nails was absolutely lovely, gentle character, who paid good attention to my hands and nails.
The manicure (basic manicure with colour, so no shellac or gel) was well done, nice colour choice, and my hands are soft and my nails a great shape. My only disappointment is that the varnish chipped the day after, on two nails, so it didn't last even as long as me doing them myself at home. It was still a nice treat and I would perhaps go back for a longer-lasting treatment, like gel/shellac, because they'd probably last longer.
Manicure
I had to say what I had booked since the person didn’t know how to work with the app. The eyebrow threading was very painful, the polish removal didn’t remove the polish, and there were only a few gel colours to choose from for the manicure. Not happy

Hosanna is really lovely and did a fantastic and quick Brazilian. The nails were also very good but there is now a specialist nail technician who will be coming on Fridays and Saturdays who I may use going forward
