I was very disappointed with this place. It looks different from the online picture, with dirty peeling walls and very cold. The lady said it was not cold but then a noticed she was wearing long sleeved jumper. The place is noisy and staff are rude and dismissive and when I ask to turn on the heather she said I was complaining and got angry. My legs, bikini ans underarm waxing was fast and not properly done, with hair left. All my treatments where not done up to standard. I nearly froze during my body scrub which lasted less than 30 minutes where it should be for 1 hour and half. She kept opening the treatment door to talk to someone whilst I laid partly naked waiting for her to finish and I had to ask her once to close the door as she forgot. I was shivering on the table as she did not place a towel over me, so I asked for her to turn on the heather again. She left and came back with another woman, and left her to finish the job without telling me who or what she was doing.
I had to give one star but given a chance I would not do so. I am going on holiday and was expecting a relaxing and papering day, but it turned out to be 5 hours of freezing, painful and stressful day. If I had not paid in advance I would have left without any treatment.

Despite booking an appointment, there were no staff when I arrived so I had to wait 30 minutes to be seen. The lady then didn’t know what treatments I was having so started with the Brazilian rather than my legs. I had paid extra as I didn’t want hot wax for my Brazilian, but she seemed unaware of this. As soon as I realised I told her but she didn’t care and carried on regardless. Who even has hot wax down there in this day and age, barbaric.
Suffice to say the shock left tears streaming down my face and so I ran out without a refund. Don’t pay extra for an upgraded treatment, as they won’t give it to you and still charge you for it.
I won’t be going back there to be traumatised again, terrible customer service.
