The massage itself was good, however the therapists phone rang very loudly 3 times during the treatment which did affect the experience. The room was also cold; I understand that the underfloor heating had broken a few days prior, but it would have been good if the room had been heated some other way in preparation - I had to ask halfway through the treatment. I'd give them another chance as I know this could have been a one off.

My treatment was not on time, there was building work so the facilities & look of the venue was not up to standard. The gel manicure was nicely done but the towel used was dirty & selection of colours were all from different brands and not displayed so it was hard to pick.

It was a good facial, although the actual services available at the time were different to the extensive list offered on this website, and so the only options were more expensive than the reason I had booked. The facial was good and she made up for the disruption with massage, overall not a bad experience.
