I can't really comment to much on the ambience or cleanliness as I turned up to my appointment and knocked on the door to not be seen. I then called the venue to be sent a text said that they were busy and I should call back later. I had water my time traveling to the Venue and wasted money on parking. I later Got a text apologising and was told it was an emergency.

Credit where it's due...
I had an amazing 3 hours of pampering today at Anam Hair and Beauty. Where do I start? After my eyebrow threading and pedicure, the real magic happened. I had the BEST facial I've ever had. My Elemis facial was indulgent, aromatic and utterly divine. Coupled with a stress relieving back neck and shoulder massage, the knots in my shoulders melted away and I feel a couple of inches taller. I'm soooo in my zen zone. Overall satisfaction - 100% for the Elemis facial.
