Really disappointed to arrive and be told that despite receiving an email booking confirmation, I should have called to confirm the booking (how I was supposed to know this?) so they didn’t have it. There was no apology and I was made to feel like it was my fault. I was asked to wait half an hour because the lady had a ‘business call’ although she seemed to be just chatting on the phone so I left after 10 minutes.

This is my local salon but I have only discovered it recently. As I've very sensitive skin my bikini wax is usually painful and problematic. To my surprise I had a smooth and painless one here and even after 2 days my skin is not bruised as usual. Quick and efficient service, I will be returning.
