One of the worst waxes I’ve ever had. Booked a hot wax but the therapist ended up using strip wax even when I asked her not to. Blamed me for the hot wax not working. I’ve had in excess of 100 hot waxes and wax approx every 4 weeks- I’ve never had this problem before. Still got some hair left that she couldn’t get out- again not a problem I usually have with hot waxes. I think perhaps the therapist doesn’t know how to use the hot waxes properly. Avoid!

The overall wax was okay and everyone was nice.
But had to wait 30 mins for my appointment, it happens but it is very frustrating. I dont think that anything was cleaned well between me and the girl before me as everything was running late. I said the wax was too hot which was ignored. I have been waxing for a decade and it was the most painful wax I have ever had.
I am sure it was just an off day but it wasn't a super nice experience.
