Ana was lovely, very kind and attentive. She apologised several times since I was made to wait for quite a bit even though I had an appointment (seemed they were short in staff) and the equipment didn’t seem to be ready for it. The manicure itself was not so good. It lasted nicely for less than a week since the polish on the top part and some edges of the nail was not well cleaned, they started chipping very quick. Unfortunately I shouldn’t be coming back.
