Shambles of a set up.
The 4/5 times we have been slots have started late, in 1 case 50mins late. They overbook - they have 1 person but still accepted 2 bookings, one for my wife 1-2pm and one for my mum 130-2. I emailed after booking to make sure they could do this and got no response. The lady there isn't good with English /does not know how to run a business/treat customers. My 77 y/o mum sat in an uncomfortable chair for over 45 mins with no welcome or information about the delay.
