The lady did my waxing in 5 minutes and left so many spots. She blamed me the whole time for shaving 2 weeks ago. I had to ask her to do the back and again so many spots were left. The sessions was pointless.

Salon is not atmospheric, ran late for everyone that was waiting for appts, waxing room dirty- tissue on bed not changed as oil and wax were all over it and I ended up with wax on my tshirt from lying on some. No clean towel given to cover dignity for Brazilian wax only a dirty one was offered. Felt like therapist rushed my waxing, pulled in another member of staff to do legs together and felt just really chaotic. Won’t be going back
