I didn’t get to see my usual nail technician Rahana but still happy with the outcome of my treatment. Was very surprised with how calm it was for a Saturday. The salon is usual very busy at times, even with a booked appointment

The staff were friendly and helpful. The pedicure wasn’t very thorough and I had to request for them to repeat some steps, like the hard skin removal and cuticles were not done properly (there was still lots of hard skin, and the cuticles had been pushed back but not removed). To their credit, they seemed happy to redo those steps when I asked them to, and after they checked I was happy with it. The shellac was not very neatly applied, it was over my cuticles. Rather than make a fuss, I fixed this myself when I got home. The massage function on pedicure chair was making very loud grinding noises so it had to be turned off, which is a shame because it’s one of the things I like most about getting a pedicure.
