This is my 2nd time here as my usual place is booked out. The 1st time I had a decent experience although I did have to tell her to go over some places. However, the 2nd time I had a different lady and this was terrible. She left me with sores as she ripped the wax strips too hard. I booked for hard wax and she basically only used strips. She blamed me for the problems yet my usual places gets it off effortlessly and relatively pain free and it's grown back too quickly compared to my usual place
