Started coming out within the first day. By day 5 they were all out, yet she said they lasted 2 weeks. I’ve had my lashes done loads of times elsewhere so know how to look after them.

The girl on reception wasn’t friendly at all, I got a gel mani & pedi that were okay. I asked for squared nails and a few of my nails are rounded instead of what I asked for.
The atmosphere was very cold, there was no music - the massage chair made such a racket when switched on I wasn’t able to comfortably keep it on.
3 customers were waiting for appointments and all had to wait over 30mins late.
One woman had to leave and the owner blamed her for being impatient
Very unprofessional.
