I was greeted by Agata, offered water, and asked to complete a short form before going to the treatment room. The room was very clean and the atmosphere was very relaxing (low light & calming music). The room is based in a quiet establishment, so you can truly relax. I had the Mix & Match treatment. The massage was very good and the facial left my skin glowing. Did not feel rushed at all which is very important. I will definitely go back. Anami was recommended to me by my sister who also had a great experience.
