I found the staff to be very pleasant and the customer service was exceptional. The overall location was convenient. It's inside of a home but you can't really tell because the bottom floors have been set up like a storefront.

I had a half leg and bikini wax. I was initially pleased with the results, the therapist was very thorough and I felt had done a food good but unfortunately after a shower I noticed that large sections had been completely missed - of my right leg and bikini line. The therapist was very friendly and it wasn't painful, as I have experienced before, and the cost was extremely reasonable so I may try them again and just be more observant nxt time if they have done everywhere properly.
Ladies' Waxing
This was my first experience with a Brazilian- thanks to Linda it wasn't nearly as uncomfortable or painful as I thought it was going to be. I would definitely recommend!

Not a manicure or pedicure. A file and polish. The polish wasn't applied evenly. Lots of lines and bumps. Even though it's cheap it was not worth £20 for a file and bad polish.

I only went in for a chair massage but it was just the ticket! The therapist offered to do a longer massage and I would have accepted if I had had the time. Very welcoming and clearly experienced.
