From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was clean, calming, and welcoming—a true sanctuary. The therapist was incredibly warm and respectful, instantly putting me at ease. She took the time to explain the process, which really helped me relax (especially since Hollywood waxes can be a bit intimidating!).
