There was nothing spa about the spa manicure. The manicurist was clearly rushing, she didn't seem happy that i had short nails. Aand i had to go through my emails and paypal account to prove that i have pre-paid for the treatment. Not coming back.

A*service. Great treatment, lovely venue, great staff. I will go back for sure. Really goid massage chairs too for foot treatments. I would highly recommend.

High standard facial treatment, appropriately priced, professional and experienced therapist. Overall the experience exceeded my expectations. I can truthfully say that I would recommend Nirvana to others.

I have never been to anywhere like that before, but was in so much pain with my back that I thought it might help. The person who did it, was probably very nice, but didn't speak English, I asked her what she did, she hadn't got a clue what I was talking about. They talked to each other in their own language, very off putting, then card machine didn't work. So I had to go to the bank get the money out & take it back. They too trusting. Though when I booked I was told on line £10 off first visit, but they said they couldn't give that to me!!!
