I had my shellac removed. The staff was busy with clients and they let me wait 15minutes. Then they put the shellac soak-off on and let it on for 25minutes. The removal took another 10min. The whole procedure said on their website to take 15min so if you plan to be somewhere, count with a full hour...
Nevertheless, the staff was SUPER NICE and friendly.
