It was apparent from my first visit that the majority of staff do not like doing SNS nails. The owner of the store, who is a lovely individual, does this treatment but I feel the whole process is rushed and not done to the best as it should be. I have had to go back twice to get nails replaced/redone as it was rushed. I have finally made the decision not to return after my last visit the nail desk was crawling with ants.
It seems a popular place and this could be an individual experience, but this was my experience. I will not be returning.

I have been using Navara for a few years now. The staff are always friendly and take pride in what they do. They work hard and do all beauty work to a high standard. The atmosphere is great and the ambience is warm and friendly, yet remaining professional.
