Good experience. Normally much busier but was quiet. Good staff but was not seen by the therapist that I had booked despite her being available, but other therapist was fine.
They were also unaware that I had paid through the app and tried to charge me there.

This place is so convenient. It's not a tranquil spa but the staff are so lovely and efficient and will always try to fit you in whenever they can. Always a good job.

Good wax but horrendous wait - no knowledge of booking which always seems to be the case with this place don’t know why they bother taking bookings. No apology from the receptionist he hasn’t got a clue what is going on and everything seems like a hassle for him! Won’t be returning.... the wait for your treatment is a joke!
