Hollywood Waxing
When I arrived they had no record that I was booked in for a 9.45 appointment was had to wait over half an hour to be seen. Staff were very polite in asking and did fit me in but I was very disappointed
Pedicure
As a regular at this salon ot saddens me to write this review as all my precious visits were great. However my recent experience left me far from satisfied. The pedicure was worse than what I could have done myself. I booked a spa pedicure, the cuticle work was AWFUL and i could see bits of it everywhere that were unattended to. I asked the lady to go over it again and she did but i dont think she actually saw what the problem was as she left most of it. She then clipped my nails and did not file them so the edges of the nails were sharp enough to stab somebody. Again i asked her to file them and she done a really bad job at filing my big toes and leaving the rest. The polish coat on my big toe lookef really bad and leaked to the side because too much of it was applied. No top coat was applied. My toenails are uneven in the way they were clipped and the whole experience was stressful if anything. Very disappointed. I gave the staff th benefit of the doubt as it was her first day on the job but she assured me she's been doing it for 15 years and for that theres no excuse. Again as a regular customer im very disappointed l.
Pedicure
Always busy, Navara still manages to complete my bookings on time. Efficient staff who always encourage me to book directly with the salon.
Hollywood Waxing
A arrived a little early and was not turned away or told to wait until they open. The ladies in this place have the biggest smiles and are always happy to share information and ideas on colours or treatments. If I could afford to go every week I would! Thank you Navarna Beauty x
