Poor wax - uneven, bots missed and more painful than usual leaving the area extemely red for a long time

The lady who waxed me was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The actual wax itself was very good and quick. Will definitely go back!
Hollywood Waxing
Good value for money, only negative was that towels on bed do not seem to be changed in between waxing which seems a bit unhygienic. Secondly the men (I presume the owners) that are constantly sat behind the front desk or on the waiting sofa is slightly off putting in a beauty treatment environment.
