Appt started 15min late and I wasn’t offered anything to drink (which is only a small thing but makes a difference!) wax itself was quick and relatively painless and therapist was nice- though she did leave a couple of stray hairs.

It was a very busy salon. I went in to have my eyelashes permed, took about an hour first tinted then permed. Eyes were blurry from being in the dark as I had a towel on my eyes but when I got home I realised my eyelashes were barely curly. I could make the same effect with my £1 curlers. Very disappointed and won't be returning. Definitely not worth almost £50
