My therapist Rozi was lovely and so friendly. I felt instantly relaxed when having the Hollywood wax as was quite anxious before hand being my first time. Rozi didn't give me the Callus Peel as my feet did not need it. They told me to inform you of this to get a refund for the £27 and said you can check with them directly for proof. I imagined the La La Lashes to be a bit thicker and will see how they go over the next few days as they look quite thin and I'm worried they may fall out. However the therapist did say if this happens I can return and get them filled in free of charge. Overall I had a very pleasant experience and will return to the Salon.

Treatment was done well and quickly. The staff who saw me when I came in could have been more friendly. None the less, I would still recommend them
