I had a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place at all. I arrived only to be told that they are unable to do my appointment. While the lady had a full plate of rice and was eating. Clearly seemed like she just couldn’t be bothered and did not want to do it. Why advertise and Treatwell if you’re going to then say no to customers?after declining my appointment, did not even bother to refund me immediately and now I am having to go through Treatwell to get a refund. Awful.

Disaster. Booked 3 days in advance and paid £75 for a ‘day make up’ ahead of a professional photo shoot. When I arrived the lady was expecting another client. She rushed my make up finishing in less than 15 minutes. My face looks fake tanned and eyes look tiny. The orange face makes me looks really cheap - not the professional look I was going for. I am considering cancelling my photoshoot.
