I’ve been to Mona before through treatwell and was happy with her service. Based on that, I decided to book another waxing session but the experience was terrible along with bruises in my underarm and hands.
She seemed overwhelmed and had back to back booking so when she was waxing, it felt like she was ripping my skin off and would do the same area many times. It’s been a few days but I still have sore skin from it.
Never again!
