No visor or a mask was worn. I found bragging about working during the lockdown off-putting. I felt a bit rushed for the duration of the entire appointment as if she wanted to finish as quickly as possible however, I was bang on time. Waxing: all hair are gone and I am happy with the result but constantly blowing on the wax and double-dipping the same spatula is extremely unhygienic, which is usually drilled in during the training. Each wax heater has temperature adjuster - not sure why the therapist chose not to reduce the temperature but to blow on the wax instead. Hair: great cut and my blow-dry lasted really well until the next wash (over a week). Did get my dress soaked in water down my back but it was a hot day so it dried quickly.

A bit late in reviewing. Saw Mona last week for highlights but mona recommended balayage. After living with a lockdown disaster, Mona transformed my hair to a beautiful golden. I love it. She really knows her stuff and was so passionate about her job. We got on so well and I can’t wait to go back for maintenance. Highly recommend her.

I initially booked for highlights, but as I had (failed highlights post lockdown), my hair was orange. I needed a quick fix & saw that the prices were very reasonable, especially with the 15% off on here. However, when it came to paying at the end, I was told that treatwell had the prices all wrong. So I would advise, that you call first before you book on treatwell. Other than that, Mona was so helpful and professional. Extremely happy with my results! Would recommend 100% !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
