I recently had a brow lamination appointment at your salon. Having had this procedure done before, I am familiar with how it should look. Unfortunately, my eyebrows appear as though nothing was done. They won’t stay up or maintain any shape, which is disappointing. At the end of the session, the technician didn’t even ask me to check if I was happy with my eyebrows.I’m not satisfied with the results and I would like to ask for a refund. I contacted the salon on Instagram with the pictures.
