The stylist contacted me rapidly to clarify the appointment, which i thought was nice. For various reasons, we agreed to cancel the appointment. However the treatment was not cancelled or reimbursed on Treatwell. I wrote back twice asking to confirm the cancelation and reimbursnent and never received any answer.
