I booked a deep tissue massage expecting the slower, continuous treatment described on the website and on Treatwell, where trigger point therapy is listed separately. The session focused mostly on trigger point pressure and stretching instead. I mentioned several times during the session that I preferred a slower, flowing approach but it didn’t change. I shared feedback after the session and later by email. My last email has gone unanswered for several days, which is disappointing.
