I felt the session took a while to get going and generate the sense of relief I was looking for. Only in the final minutes after extra consultation was the therapist able to adjust and target the areas where I was feeling the most tension. I had expected them to focus and identify the problem areas more intuitively. On the fence as to whether I would recommend or go back.
