They were so nice, offered water. Recommended to not go lighter because it might make my hair red and they don’t know how my hair was. I think that was super helpful!! After, they saw my hair lifted well they said next appointment that we could! They were so gentle and let me know throughout the process what was happening, how long to wait etc. I truly had a great experience and definitely coming back. I highly recommend
