From the minute I walked in Kemp and Collins salon I felt welcomed and at ease. I don't really like having my hair cut so it was a big thing for me. They were having some problems with the boiler and I was apologised to but I didn't mind either way as they found a way round it. I had Geoff do my hair and I felt he built a great rapport with me, it helped as my son is also a Jeffrey! He kept me up to date with what he was doing and asked me how I styled my own hair. I like wearing my hair curly so he showed me these curly blow rollers which I'm thinking of investing in. The other two stylists who were in also made me feel very welcome and had me in fits with their stories. The added bonus was that the boss has brought in his beautiful Cockapoo, Rusty, so I got my doggy fix too! Thanks guys and see you again.
